Starter - plated
Warm Goats Cheese on toasted Ciabatta with Red Onion Marmalade, served on a bed of baby Autumn Salad Leaves and drizzled with Lemon Olive Oil and Light Balsamic Spray.
Main course - plated
Chicken Breast - free range, wrapped in Procuitto Ham and filled with a stuffing of Mozarella and Aubergine Pesto, served with a roasted Red Pepper Sauce.
