Starter - plated
Thai Fish Cakes with Salmon, Sweet Potato and Coriander, served on a bed oof tiny Salad Leaves, drizzled with Sweet Chilli Sauce and decorated with a wedge of Lime.
Main Course - plated
Chicken with Procuitto - free range Chicken Breast, filled with Mozarella and Aubergine Pesto and wrapped in Procuitto Ham, served with a roasted Red Pepper and Red Wine Sauce.
Mushroom filled with Mozarella and Aubergine Pesto, served with a roasted Red Pepper and Red Wine Sauce (vegetarian option).
